Game didn't start and now I can't reconnect...

So I was in a dynamic queue ranked lobby and everyone had their champs locked in, but when the timer hit 0 nothing happened. I figured the game wouldn't start if I waited so I closed league and tried to reconnect but it won't let me reconnect. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
