Low Priority Queue glitch

When I lagged out of like my 10th game i was put in a low priority queue for 5 games. Each time to find a game is 20 minutes! I wait for it but then it resets and I have to wait again. So Im not able to play games and my friends don't want to wait 20 so I don't know what to do.
