My Client is facked up ingame

Whenever i get into loading screen and ingame, there is a white balk above my screen the whole time long and it doesnt go away. Probally becuase of this, I also cant move my camera ingame with my mouse. It is forcing me to play with the lock screen wich I hgihly dislike. So could anyone help or give me advice. Thnx in future.
