malz boots

I was using Malzahar and I had sorcerer's boots and homeguard I was on the purple side (i only say that cuz game before was fine and i was on the blue side). So when I was going into the fountain healing was really slow like as if i was lvl 1, and also the fast home guard buff was taking a while to kick in.
