i already get twice S grade ... but mastery 6 token wasnt reseved . I didnt reseve any chest eather do something plz

A few thoughts, which may or may not apply:

Mastery tokens can only be received on Summoner's Rift, not on Twisted Treeline, Howling Abyss, or any of the Rotating Game Modes
You can only receive a chest once per champion per season, so if you already received a chest on that champ this season, not getting another one is correct
If you are currently in a chat restriction, or in a reform period following a behavior punishment, you will not receive loot rewards

I just played a Normal Draft game as Thresh and got an S-, but I did not receive a mastery 7 token.

I got my mastery 6 a few days ago playing Normal Draft. I have not seen a single riot response about others having this issue. My hope is that they are handling it privately.
