BS lpq punishment

Yes, the first time I got a low priority queue, it was my fault. 5 min wait, ok, I get it. But when game after game becomes toxic after the first 3 minutes, and after I mute them, they ping constantly, then my supp leaves lane, and jg won't gank, ever. I get titled, we're behind 3-24, and despite 2 of us trying to FF, these guys wont hear it. So I bail. Why should I have to waste another 15 minutes amusing the enemy, with a toxic team in a lost cause? So now, this happens like at least once a week. And usually, I stick around just to report the offenders, but sometimes I just can't. Why are vulgar/toxic/clueless players able to constantly harass me and ruin the game experience, but if I leave, I get to wait 20 F(%*&^&% minutes for the next 5 game queues? Riot, are you trying to drive away players on purpose? Or are your mods just totally incompetent?
