Nami Ult Bug?

I've had this issue a few times, albeit sporadically, where I'll cast the Nami Ultimate, and it goes the opposite direction of the cursor. At first I thought I may have made the mistake, but the past few times I know for sure the cursor was in the correct direction for the ultimate.

Because it's fairly sporadic, I sadly haven't been able to find a rhyme or reason behind recreating it. Last time it happened though, I had the following items: Redemption Ionian Boots Ruby Sightstone 3x Red Wards Oracle Alteration Spellthief's Edge

I wish I could give more info, but that's about it.

Oh, and quickcast is enabled.

Yup, rare, but I've had it happen to me a few times. It seems to have something to do with casting your Ult as you quickly mouse over your own portrait. I've seen reports that it may happen to other champions as well, such as Ezreal's Ult.
