Minions taking no damage after devour (Tahm Kench)

Occasionally a minion takes no damage after being devoured and spit out in rapid succession. Sometimes it doesn't die when it takes no legal damage either.

I can't really make a video of it, and a picture isn't really helpful either, so I hope this will do.

I have seen this many times and just posted a bug report. But I only find this to happen if i used my Q to reach the minions then W to devour and then if i hit W to quickly again the minion will just come out and not go anywhere.

I've had the issue when just walking to the minion and eating it from close range
