Game Crashing after Champion Select

I've been having an issue getting into games, beginning yesterday. After Champion Select, the game opens to a black screen, after a while, I get an "error ding" for lack of a better word. I can tab out and close it, but it just takes me to a client screen that says: "Game Crash: The game has crashed, please try to reconnect to the game." And the orange reconnect button. (I suspect we have all seen this screen before.) The usual fixes, (closing out of the client, and rebooting my computer), don't work (I'm using my school's internet, so rebooting the router is not a particularly feasible option), It just repeats the same process listed in excruciating detail above. I have not yet tried reinstalling or repairing my client, I already have to do that every time there is a patch, so I'm not particularly excited to do so. This crash does not happen 100% of the time, I can't pin down anything that triggers it. It's happened in several different match types.

Several other people at my school have been having the same problem, so I suspect it is not a problem specific to my computer. I found a thread about a bug like this 6 or so months ago, referring to Time Warner Cable in the Midwest (which happens to be where my school is located). I assumed that issue was resolved, and this is a new problem, but I could assume wrongly.

If anyone else has experienced this bug, and/or has a workaround to offer, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much!

Are you on the school's internet? If not try right clicking your LoL icon and click "Run as Administrator". Your User Account Control setting may also be a factor.
