[GAMEPLAY] Not getting chests

I haven't been able to receive chests for the last week or so. I just played a game as Ekko and my teammate got an S- yet I didn't receive one. I checked my profile to be sure I hadnt hit my cap or already gotten one on him. This has happened multiple times over the last while. Are you no longer able to get a chest from a teammates S's?

No, it isn't buggy. Got a chest 5 mins ago, I always get one when I can but i have a huge problem with keys. I already have 3 chests and no keys at all... So I guess it is just random... (btw got a chest for a teammate's S-)
