LeaverBuster is Broken

Even though no Riot employee is probably gonna ever see this, I still need to voice my concerns about the new LeaverBuster system. I have just been put in 20 minute lower-priority queue, and this isn't the first time. Am I toxic? I wouldn't think so, but I can't boast the best internet that is out there, or the best computer (and trust me, that is an understatement.)

In the game before my suspension, I was playing as Shyvana, and I was about to go into the game when my computer crashed. It took me a while to get back in, but when I did, I was immediately kicked out again because of the system in place: If you are inactive, you get the boot. This is completly unnecessary. If a player is toxic and decides to AFK, they will manually leave. This is just hurting people in my unique situation.

Now, lets talk about actual LeaverBuster. In the beginning, I got placed into Lower-Priority queue for only 5 minutes. Then 10. Then it skipped 15 and capped at 20. Now, I wouldn't be playing if my system couldn't handle the game, but at the times where my computer turns against me, it is not fair when I have to wait 20 minutes for the next game, and each game after that until I finish the 5th, last game.

Esports are at heart, a type of sport, and all sports have some kind of referee for foul play. Even other aspects of the game have active humans looking into them. LeaverBuster needs some kind of human input, or it just isn't fair. It just goes around blindly chopping at whoever stays inactive, for whatever reason. It needs an fix.

Nine other people were affected by your lack of decent equipment. Why should they suffer? This is the point of LeaveBuster.

Well the thing is, it's not all the time. Sometimes, my internet hiccups and I am disconnected from initial load of the game. I try to go back in, but if it takes too long, LeaverBuster hits you with the hammer as soon as you come into the game. The punishment part of LeaverBuster isn't really the thing that's broken. Its the kicking you out of the game thing that's annoying as hell. I think its counter-productive when someone literally can't load into the game b/c of slow load times (It's not all the time, mind you. Its just a few random times and when I play DJ-Sona).

Speaking of Dj-sona, do you know of any way to remove her sound files? It literally halves my ping and doubles my load times. Haven't been able to play her outside of custom games since release.
