Champ Select bug

So basically, I've been getting this bug in champion select where when it's my turn to pick a champion, nothing comes up. This happened twice today out of the 6 ranked games I've played. Also, this is completely random, It happened once in the morning, and again in the evening. I lost a total of 13LP from this bug.
