Syndra W Disables Auto Attack And Mini Map Clicking

So recently, I have been frustrated playing Syndra because there is this bug where every once in awhile when I use her W, it causes her to be stuck with a blue cursor. When this blue cursor appears, I'm then unable to auto attack any minions, enemy champions, or move my screen by clicking on the mini map. The only way I found to make this go away is to drop a Q ball and pick it up using my W, then throwing the ball. Here is a link to a youtube video I made of it. Im not sure if this thread will have a date, but todays date is 5/31/2015. Please Riot HELP! I don't wanna stop playing Syndra because of this bug. Thank you for your time.

NOTE: in the video you can see Syndra auto attacking minions with blue cursor. But only when she stops moving. I'm not making her auto attack.
