Mordekaiser Q and Titanic Hydra

Mordekaiser's empowered Q does not give an auto-attack reset when you prock Titanic Hydra. Instead of using Q and then getting a second Q off quickly, it attacks at normal speed. The extra damage is still there, but it just doesn't reset to give you a quick second Q.
