Why would Zed Ult kill Vladimir while he is in his pool?

use the pool before zed's ult completes (the part between where zed disappears and reappears), and you'll cancel his ult and set it on cooldown as well.
the pool just makes vlad untargetable, dots and damage can still hit him. only zhonyas and hourglass make him undamageable)
He is untargetable, not invulnerable. If he has a dot on him then he will take the damage even in pool.
untargetable =/= invulnerable. He can still take damage while in his pool.
