[BUG] Shen's Shadow Dash

Twice in the same game(twisted treeline vs bots) I used Shadow Dash to kill an enemy and became stuck in place. My champ's model was still in the dash pose but was stuck as if rooted or stunned. The first time I thought I was stuck on minions while I died to turret but then it happened again without being surrounded by minions. Using another ability unstuck me. I was using Blood Moon skin if that matters.
