PvP.net patcher kernal

I keep getting an error for PvP.net patcher kernal stopped working when trying to load my game. I have uninstalled then reinstalled game, downloaded the hextech repair tool, attempted to force patch and it still gives me the same error. Anyone assist me with what to try next?
