Possible exploit with Fiddles passive and ctrl-animations.

I don't see this as a terribly major issue. But this has come to my attention that fiddles passive is not canceled by animation spamming. As we all know autos, abilities, etc etc are usually canceled in ways because of animations and such. Fiddles passive requires that he be "standing still" for it to ramp up and give him the movement speed after his W or Ult's initial channel.

However this can be abused through the use of taunt spamming, dance spamming etc etc. When the taunting ends he gets the movement speed buff immediately after. This circumvents the visual queue provided by riot where he stops moving, even his animations stop working. So this isn't a really big issue in my book. But I feel this provides for an unhealthy play style which could be greatly abused.

Is it the deceptiveness of the taunt that makes someone think he's moving vs standing still that's abused? Or does the duration for the passive to kick in get reduced which would be a bug?
