RYZE Q BUG IS BACK (ARE U SERIOUS, RIOT?)

I'm not making another video about this fucking shit. q occasionally visually resets after using e or w to reset, but will be on cd as a result of a spell cancelling. look at your ryze bugfix and apply it again. this is game-breaking bullshit.
