lee sin's W

I was playing lee sin for the first time since he was free this week and I found out that his w cool down is actually 2 shorter than posted so when it says his cool down is 14 sec its really 12 and so on. Just like Kha'Zix cool down was 2 seconds shorter than it really was. Also I already reported that lee sin's q and e weren't scaling at 90% like its suppose too.
