Possible Evelynn Vision Bug?

I played two ranked games as Evelynn in the jungle tonight (11/2/2015) and right after clearing gromp (with a leash) I would get killed for first blood while taking blue and I am in the bush by blue clearing while the enemy jungler or mid laner would just appear out of no where and I grab a pink ward as soon as I die just to make sure it is cleared (and no wards are there when I get back to the spot). I don't know if it is a bug, or is it that I am just not catching them ward while I clear the first camp. It is not only blue though, it is also red side jungle as well (this side was warded but i had a pink ward, cleared it, and moved to another camp before returning, yet they still showed up and killed me.)

Is there any recommendations to fix this problem? Due to I have no idea if they are just warding or if it is a possible evelynn passive bug that I found.

I have had some friend's already recommend starting a sweeper (I am silver 5, so I don't really know all what I should start with evelynn jungle so I am open to help there also).
