[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaisers Q interacts with Titanic Hydra inconsistently

Mordekaisers Mordekaiser Q does not apply the effect of Titanic Hydra item 3748 consistently and on some occasions I have managed to cause Titanic Hydras effect to be disabled until the active portion of the item can be triggered.

The bug seems to be especially noticeable if using Titanics active effect immediately after buying it.

The interaction happens always when Mordekaiser has Titanic, as far as I am aware after a couple test runs in customs and practice tool.

It's intended not to work . Since the 3 Q is intended to be the sustained damage and delayed. Not saying I like it. Just qouting riots thoughts from 3 years ago.
