Computer Crash and Audio Loop, only when playing League

I'll preface the bug with the fact that I'm a very... committed League player. With thousands of games logged through 4+ years of playing, and a great deal of money spent on this account (approaching a skin for most champions at an alarming rate) it is a shame that I simply cannot play the game any longer. On a laptop that I have had and played the game on for about a year and a half, the computer starting crashing in the middle of games around August. Now, these were not just ordinary crashes. If the game had suddenly bugsplatted, a more common error, I wouldn't have any gripes grimacing and loading the game back up. This bug starts with the screen freezing. Then the audio starts to loop in a screeching cacophony, a repetition of the same split second of sound that drills into your ears until you have to take your headphones off and realize that you're going to get another "leave" penalty.

This sucks. A lot. The worst part is that it doesn't happen in any other game. Not graphically intensive games (I have a list of over 200 steam games, I have yet to find one that reproduces this bug), nor any other program. This game that I've poured time into learning and enjoying just won't cooperate no matter how I try to fix it. Completely wiping the drivers through RegEdit and reinstalling them. Disabling my secondary graphics card to check for faulty hardware. Unplugging my secondary monitor and disabling audio services. Nothing seems to work. The only reward that I get for any effort is a leaver penalty, I just finished playing my 5th 20-minute queue Low Priority and it happened again with no rhyme or reason. This bug report is my last chance other than quitting league altogether until I get a new machine. I want to play the new champs, buy the new skins and enjoy the game along with my friends but I cannot because this bug renders my semi-powerful PC completely useless with no warning.

I'd love to work through the details of this difficult to produce bug. It strikes at the worst times (it could be on the loading platform or in the middle of a teamfight) but it never fails to impact the game negatively. Thank you for any time and/or effort that you can provide.
