cant find zzrot in urf
I played urf and i cant find zz rot is it disabled and if so why is it not said on the client

Why would you balance the mode? Either balance all the OP or not at all. Why shut down other champs and not the other when they are equally insane.
They made it unavailable for URF like they do with banner of command in poro king.
