[CLIENT] Never Ending Files Scanned

Does league normally have 7k+ files needing to be scanned? Yesterday there wasn't an update for me but today i got on and it has been at 33% scanning files. I just attempted a restart on the client and that just causes the scanning files to go back to 1 and keep on counting up.

Since you restarted its checking all league files to see what to download instead of downloading what you already did... its normal

I dont have 7k+ files, im just completely reinstalling league.
