silenced reksai

So in a game i was playing and i noticed that she kept not coming up I soon realized that i was being silenced and that was causing to get stuck under in the ground so she couldn't break out till the silence wore off. i don't know if this is how its suppose to work or not but i don't think it should sense that leaves her useless. also i checked it in a custom and it was the silence that was causing it.
