Can't buy RP, getting error.

Bought RP for 10 bucks through paypal for the new Project pass, needed some more points, tried to buy them through paypal again, only getting errors now. Restarted client multiple times, still doesnt work...

Edit: Tried buying RP on my 2nd Account, not getting any errors there. I don't understand this since i never had any payment issues at all. Nothing got charged back ever or anything that would make me uneligible for buying points.
