Pantheon empowered W does not work with BOTRK for the first 2 or 3 casts.

Type of Bug: Empowered W on Pantheon

Description: After testing botrk on test dummys with pantheons empowered W, it takes 2 or 3 times casting empowered W for the %health damage to finally start working on the 3 auto attacks. Interestingly enough selling botrk you get botrk %health for a few more casts before losing it.

Steps to reproduce: Build BOTRK and use pantheons empowered W.

Closing thoughts: This bug is a little annoying as i think BOTRK will be a core item for a more duelist/bruiser style of pantheon. Ive done most of my testing on d1m51m on the OCE server.
