Black loading screen while alt tabbed causes me to lose lp?

Was alt tabbing to start recording my ranked game. Clicked record, tabbed back to loading screen to find a black screen, no portraits no nothing. Was not able to close it forcefully, had to restart entire pc. When it restarted i loaded the client fine the second time, only to find that my team had remade the game, and i lost lp because of this. There was no way me knowing this was going to happen, I shouldn't lose lp for a bug that did not exist for me prior to this game.

If at all possible can this bug be looked into, and can i get my lp back?
