Crashing after Champ select and Game freeze between 18:00 Minutes and 24:00 Minutes

I have been having issues with after champ select my game does not open the league client. usually a restart of the game client a few times itll pull up but it is an issue i would like to adress i have followed the guidance from the link for this specific issue laid out on the link on the HTRT and no fixes noted.. im also having issues with my game crashing between in gmae times of 18:00-24:00 minutes in game now this crash causes me to CTRL alt del and sign out resign in and restart whole league client as it freezes my computer. any guidance from my logs featured in the google drop above would be grstly appreciated.
