game won't load

so i just lost 2 games in ranked and lost my silver 2 rank cause i couldn't load 2 games also got leaver buff n all.. can you bring it back pls ? also.. can you fix the game so i can play again pls.. junkie player who wants to play live now ... needs a fix ... fml... Also im playing on a mac
