[GAMEPLAY] Minions Freezing

So, I've noticed something that happens randomly in game. I honestly have no clue as to how it happens and how to produce it because I've found nothing that actually triggers it (I could also not be looking hard enough to find it but I'm not sure). When the bug happens, the minions just sit still, frozen not auto attacking anything. Occasionally they will snap back into it as the group of minions leave. I've also found this usually happens every single game usually at least 2-3 times in the lane I'm in (this does happen in multiple lanes though, I just don't pay attention to the minions in other lanes to be certain that it happens every game in them, y'know?) .

I haven't actually seen any reports on this, I guess due to it not being that big of an issue, but it usually messes me up due to not being able to actually walk up and reach the minion without the enemy team coming and killing me since i'd have to go so far in to reach it.
