Loading screen dont drop me into the game

After champ select the loading screen did not drop me into the game, it showed everybody 100% but didnt happen anything. I waited for 20 minutes and after I saw the end screen and a lost match and I wrote me LEAVER. Please help and give me a loss prevented.
