Chat colours mismatched

Hey, I just finished a match and noticed that despite being on blue team, when my friends send messages to chat they're coloured red. This doesn't seem right, I'm pretty sure I remember messages being coloured blue and red depending on team. I'm just running League on windows, nothing super special here and everything else is fine graphically and otherwise.
