Lee Sin Ultimate Bug

Aa it looks like,we you ult as Lee Sin and die immediately afterwards,the cooldown refreshes instantly.In early game,where respawn time is short and the cooldown long,it's really annoying having to deal with him.it has happened in every game i've played as Lee while he was free last week,so it's quite common i guess.
