Gangplank Rework + Runglaive

Buying Runeglaive on the new GP makes it impossible for him to detonate barrels with his Q (since it's converted to magic damage). I think it is also keeping Tiamat (and Hydra) from proc'ing but it's hard for me to tell with that messy Runeglaive visual effect.

While it makes sense why it's happening, I don't think the intent was to be able to lose abilities/nerf yourself by buying an item.
