Consistent "Red X" Bugsplats

for the past month or so, Ive been getting a very steady stream of bugsplats that causes my green "X" (The marker for when you click to move) to turn into a red "X", which then makes me unable to upgrade abilities, buy form shop, or use any spells unless they can be smart casted (No recalling, No Targeted abilities..) it has already cost me a few games and a que ban, and the only way for me to "fix" this problem is to close the game and reopen, and during the process i get hit with 2 bugsplat warnings.
