Remake isnt working

Went into a game and Everyone loaded up fine but our Diana didnt move or anything... so i tried remaking at 3 minutes in. "Remake is only available when a player doesnt connect"... SHE WAS NOT MOVING FOR 7 MINUTES. NO ITEMS, NO WARDS, NOTHING! (No there was NO first blood....) Why does /remake not do what its supposed to do and remake a game where a player is NOT PLAYING whether itd be from d/c or afk....
