Bug on Udyr - no global CD between using stances. Not sure if champ bug or item bug - they all build the same thing

I didnt notice this bug.. when you enter in one stance you need to wait 2 second, i test if a 10% (and more cooldown red) is appling and the cd is reduced after my purchases.
