Warwick E not displaying when activated

Just finished a couple of bot games and Warwick's E would not show up when toggled so I couldn't tell whether it was on or not unless I happened to be close enough to an enemy champion. Before this patch you could see the skill above the action bar when it was toggled on but now it doesn't appear which can be a problem when engaging/chasing an enemy
