[CLIENT] teambuilder doesn't set you in a low priority que

The leave buster system doesn't work with teambuilder but will still remove one low priority match when you finish a team builder game without the obligated waiting time. i cant provide proof of the games restringing because i finished the games already and i can't really afk just to give proof . however i made a video that provides proof of not having to wait.
