Skins in draft pick ( and strange ingame non respondents )

I was recently gifted warden sivir and wanted to play with that skin so i hopped in draft and ended up as adc when i went to select the skin it was ' locked ' i clicked it a few times and was disappointed that i wouldn't be able to play as the new skin due to a glitch of sorts . But as we loaded in game i looked at my portrait and the skin turned out to work . i tested this in a game after and the same thing happend (during the duration of the second game i would have fine ping and good fps but the game would stop working i would click or auto but sadly wouldn't move or respond not sure if this is just happend to me or in general i know the other team complained of lag but i just figured i would mention it here )
