Patch 5.15 lag spikes

Hi there, i wanna report a problem that i'm having from the patch 5.15 I cannot play soloQ because almost every game i get lag spikes, some times they are little and i still can play like from 40 ping to 110 , but some times they become soo huge and i cannot play, first of this patch i never had those type of problem, i wasn't sure that it was the game so when i get those lag spikes that last for some minutes or seconds i go check my internet connection on speedtest.net and every time my internet is good, 8 ping 12 mbps on download and 0.70 mbps on upload, i read about other people having same lag problems whit this patch, is this something that you are going to fix?
