aatrox passive bug with sterak

aatrox's passive "hellbent" is not working correctly with the new sterak at lvl 18, hellbent gives aatrox 29 bonus base ad with sterak, it should give him 43 bonus bas ad (tooltip also says this) but instead he gets 29 only the tooltip is showing 43 indeed, the issue is that hes not getting 43 at lvl 18, aatrox's base ad with sterak is 172 with hellbent activated hes now getting 201, which is bonus 29 ad, not 43 the tooltip is correct, but hes not actually getting those stats :(\
