[GAMEPLAY] Range Indicator / Quick Cast Problems

what: sometimes spells (especially W) on any champ get casted with a massive delay or not at all (even if the range indicator clearly shows up) how: this occured to me **only **if I set "display Rangndicators when using Quick Cast" on true. I went in a custom game to test it out after it happened to me a couple of times in normal games. I played for like 20 minutes and it happened about 3 times... the longest delay was about 5 seconds !!!

btw. could you make it possible to display the range only for certain spells ? f.E. I want the Q of Diana to get casted on release of the key but the ult should get casted instant on keyDown (is currently not possible)
