League Doesn't Open

Hi, I have an issue where every time I close out the League client, I can't reopen it. I have to go and uninstall it, then reinstall it, lately 3 or 4 times, before it downloads correctly again and begins patching. It was working normally until the latest update (patch 9.30), and I'm not getting an error message of any kind. Does anyone know why this is happening or have possible solutions?
