I got wrongly perma-banned for using third party programs. Please help

Hey guys, i'm also going to be posting this on league forums so sorry if you've seen it but, i'm really stressing out here as a few days ago at around 5:41am 4th of december i got an email that said my account was banned "due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client". Not even 20 minutes pass and i look up my match history and notice some games that i never played, as well that i was currently in a game playing jinx. I instantly write up an email at 6:05am to riot support as that my account had been hacked and that they had use third party programs and that it wasn't me. I even messaged riot support during the jinx game, but they still told me that i had to message sooner, like there was any way to know that my account was accessed without my authorization.

I also pointed out that why was i not notified of a new location of log in like out origin, steam, and battle net, and google services does it and how its a mandatory safety net.

Keep in mind that i have had this account since season 1 and spent over $1000, meaning i was seriously stressing over this matter. A few days after they had contacted me that they did a background check and saw no signs of compromise, and that it was my fault for letting my account get stolen. Knowing the full story, i thought this was absolutely bullshit and wrote back to them with multiple points on why this was not my account. I'm currently a student who works afternoon shifts so my sleeping schedule is kind of ruined hence why i was awake at 6am in the morning, but that doesn't mean i would play ranked league of legends, during the pre-season and with basically champions i have played 5 times max throughout my league playtime. Never would in my right mind, would i think of playing 5 ranked games at 5am in the morning where i can barely think straight.

[REMOVED BY MODERATION-NO NAMING & SHAMING PLEASE]

The first game that they played was the vayne game with press the attack with the score of 10/4/4. They played 5 games before my account was banned. I first pointed out the rune choices and build paths of specific champions such as ryze and xerath, as i had recently played a ryze game with conqueror with a complete different build, and xerath with different runes and build as well. Why would i play something completely different in ranked than what i practiced in normals? Adding on, during the five games they had duo'd queued with their mate [REMOVED BY MODERATION-NO NAMING & SHAMING PLEASE]. This is an absolute obvious notion of not being me, as when i play ranked i either solo or play with one mate in the name of "Ritz0", and in the last 100 normal games i have never played a game solo as seen in the vayne and singed games where i always play with mates. But they completely glossed over this fact and just decided to say that it was my fault that my account got compromised.

This is where i got even more infuriated, as i pointed out the fact that over the last 9-10 years i have never dealt with this problem until riot forced us to change our usernames which was less than ideal. Not even 3 weeks after this was made my account instantly got compromised, and again they completely ignored this fact. I even scanned my computer using the inbuilt virus & threat protection program and downloaded avast but nothing. But what they did believe was this 3rd party website "HaveIBeenPwned". They put my email in the website which i'm not even sure is legal or morally ethical that a company had put my email in this website without my permission. If this was fine on their end i wish to show the replies that they sent me as i have honestly been treated like a robot speaking to a dog. I also checked the 3rd party website and it just shows a forum page in which has zero correlation to league of legends, and the web browser game Town of Salem. I don't get how just knowing the email gives them access to my username, password and no sign of unwarranted entry from another computer.

There must have been some proof that the games played by the other person must have been at a different location from where i live. I have riot games receipts which can help identify my ownership of the account. After playing this game for 9-10 years, investing in over $1000 they have repeatedly sent me. I was just hoping for any advice as honestly this has been killing me. I'm only a casual player but this still deeply impacts me as i just can't accept that an investigation has actually been done on my account. Regards.

TLDR: Account got hacked into and perma-banned for 3rd party programs. Have messaged riot countless times with many forms of evidence that it wasn't me but they still give me semi robotic responses.

The thing is, there's no proof for Riot that what you say is the truth. For all we know, you could have payed for an elo booster that was scripting in your ranked games (not that I'm suggesting that you're lying, especially since nobody wants boosting in preseason of all times to do so, but there is no way to exclude that possibility)

You shouldn't have account credentials easily accessible by others, even your family and friends, nor should they be easy to guess, in order to prevent such situations. Everyone knows this, yet easier said than done.

Hello, I've removed both the image and one of the names as they violated the no naming and shaming rule. I understand you're upset but naming and shaming is not the answer here. Please keep this in mind for the future.
