Couldnt use abilities

in game couldnt use y to un lock and lock my camera. I could upgrade my abilities using ctrl and an ability tho. I tried binding one of my other buttons to an ability using razer synapse but that didnt work. I just had to play an entire ranked game with my duo bot lane and had to click my abilities the whole game. weird things like i could ping, use p to shop, and other stuff but the main stuff like abilities, summoners, and unlocking my camera didnt work
