Champion Selected Error/ Kick Timer

There's a bug with champ select I've seen with more than just myself and I imagine its partially responsible for dodges. its seems to happen the most with last second choices. I came from a rune page and my champ was selected but it wouldn't let me lock in, no ban and the enemy team didn't select them either. An error appeared and I was kicked from the game. If there wasn't a dodge timer I don't really see this being an issue however being punished for a bug is kinda over kill Riot.
