Rugged Garen Skin - Missing Particle-Effect

Hi there! I just noticed, that the Rugged Garen skin is missing an effect on his Ulti-Cast. Normaly when he casts his ult, he sticks his sword into the ground, screams JUSTICE!!!! ,his sword begins to_** glow and shine**_ and the ulti pops up. But Rugged Garen thinks: Who the phuck needs that? And just stick his sword into the ground and his ult pops up. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ It's maybe not a real bug/problem or something, but it's an missing effect and it makes the Rugged Garen Skin a bit worse to me than other skins. So please notice me Rito-SENPAAAI and let his cute little sword shine too. :3
